STEPHEN
BONDER,
CPA, MST, MBA
Stephen is a shareholder of the firm. He started his career with one of
the national accounting firms in Boston and later joined a regional
accounting firm where he was a partner. He became the CFO/Treasurer of a
telecommunications company and later became its president. He joined FSS
in 2009.
Stephen’s practice focuses on advising private
companies – from start-ups to companies with $300M in revenue. Many of
Stephen’s clients use him as their general business advisor, tapping his
expertise in business planning and operations, as well as his
accounting, auditing, and tax planning and preparation expertise.
Stephen also offers tax planning/preparation for high-net worth
individuals and advises not-for-profit organizations.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, a Master
of Science in taxation from Bentley College, and a Masters in Business
Administration from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
Stephen currently serves on the Board of
Directors of the Jewish National Fund (New England Zone) and as
Treasurer for Blue Hill Country Club. He has also served as
President/Treasurer for a local not-for-profit day school and as
director or trustee for other charitable organizations.
Stephen
enjoys Golf and Horseback Riding.
