T. HUBERMAN,

Alan is a shareholder in the firm and has been in the public accounting profession since 1993. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Boston University and earned a Master of Science in Taxation, Distinction, from Bentley College. He has also received his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University’s Program for Financial Planners.
Alan is experienced with closely held small to medium-sized businesses, as well as high net-worth individuals. He concentrates in the areas of tax and financial planning, business consulting, individual and corporate taxation, and estate and probate accounting.
Alan has also been qualified as an expert witness on tax matters in divorce engagements by the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court and he provides representation before the IRS especially for clients who are delinquent in their tax return filings and payments.
Alan volunteers his time as the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors, of
Hearts and Noses Hospital Clown Troupe, a non-profit organization located in
Needham, MA.
Alan enjoys hockey, running and tennis.
