CHRISTOPHER
MARTIN,
CPA, MBA, MST
Chris is an audit principal in our Not-for-Profit practice, an area in
which he has worked for over 20 years.
He has over 30 years of
experience in accounting including 20 years with national “Big 4” firms,
controller at Harvard University, CFO for the largest independent broker
dealer in the United States, and manager of an internal audit department
of 23 professionals at an international insurance company.
He earned his BS/BA from the University of Vermont, his Masters in
Business Administration with a concentration in finance from
Northeastern University and, more recently, his Masters Degree in
Taxation from Bentley College. He is currently working towards
completing the Certified Internal Auditors exam.
Chris has been a
Becker’s CPA review course instructor for the past 18 years and has had
a 90 % pass rate for first time takers. Additionally, he has an advance
degree in Secondary Education.
Chris currently resides in
Walpole with his family.
